Software publisher and Apple signature
learnhubplay is Tend's trader, software publisher, licensor, and product manufacturer. Public macOS builds are currently signed and notarized under the individual Apple Developer certificate Developer ID Application: Manoj Mallick (DRP678577P). This identifies learnhubplay's owner/operator to Apple Gatekeeper; it does not replace learnhubplay's responsibilities or imply Apple sponsorship or endorsement.
Sales and contracts
Tend is supplied free at launch. No paid tier, checkout, subscription, donation processor, advertising network, or payment-data collection is active. These terms and notices will be updated before any commercial offer is introduced.
Consumer dispute resolution
No paid consumer transaction or checkout is offered for the free launch. Before any paid offer, learnhubplay will publish its applicable alternative consumer dispute-resolution position and competent body, if any. Mandatory consumer rights and access to courts remain unaffected.
