Accessibility Statement

Tend aims for the website and desktop app to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the web target and native macOS accessibility conventions in the app.

Current measures

• Semantic headings, links, buttons, labels, visible focus, keyboard-operable controls, and responsive text layout.
• Text alternatives for meaningful website images and no essential information conveyed by color alone.
• Native macOS controls where practical, reduced reliance on hover, and plain-language status/error text.

Known limitations

A formal independent WCAG audit and complete VoiceOver test matrix have not yet been completed. Dense tables, live scan updates, custom segmented controls, charts, and third-party macOS panels may still contain barriers. Tend does not claim full WCAG conformance until those tests and remediations are recorded.

Feedback and alternatives

Email admin@learnhubplay.nl with the page or app screen, Tend/macOS version, assistive technology, and the barrier. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 7 days and provide an accessible alternative or remediation status where reasonably possible. You may also use the enforcement or complaint route available in your country.

Assessment status

Self-assessment is in progress. Final public release requires keyboard, 200% zoom/reflow, contrast, VoiceOver, reduced-motion, and automated accessibility checks, with results dated in the release record.
